July 2, Sunday

On Sunday, partners from Portugal and Slovenia arrived in Bari. The day was primarily dedicated to their arrival, setting the stage for the upcoming activities.

July 3, Monday

Morning Session (09:00-12:00):

The event kicked off on Monday morning with a warm welcome activity. Partners from Portugal and Slovenia were introduced, fostering a sense of community and collaboration. The project was then overviewed, detailing its objectives, outputs, responsibilities, and schedule. This session also included the presentation of Project Agreements, which was crucial for aligning everyone's understanding and expectations. A significant part of the morning was dedicated to Activity 1, which focused on introducing methods for identifying the training needs of trainers involved in the project. This was an essential step in ensuring the effectiveness of the project's educational aspects. The coordinators, comprising two people per partner, convened to agree on the most suitable tools for data collection. They prepared for the administration of questionnaires, surveys, and interviews, all aimed at analyzing the training needs of the project's recipients.

Afternoon Session (16:00-17:30):

The afternoon was dedicated to Activities 2 and 3, which involved planning the layout, structure, and content of the project's website platform. This collaborative effort aimed to create a user-friendly and informative website that effectively communicated the project's objectives and outputs to the target audience. The day concluded with a free cultural visit to the historical centre of Bisceglie, at 18:00, offering participants a chance to explore and appreciate the local heritage.

July 4, Tuesday

Morning Session (10:00-12:00):

The following day, participants visited the local elderly center, Centro Storelli. This visit aimed to facilitate communication, address questions and concerns, discuss project outputs, clarify financial matters, and ensure the effective dissemination of project outcomes.

Afternoon Session (16:00-18:00):

The afternoon was filled with a question-and-answer session, providing an opportunity for participants to seek clarifications and recommendations regarding the project. This was followed by a discussion on issues related to the project's outputs, allowing for an exchange of ideas and strategies for successful implementation. Financial matters were also addressed, including budgeting, timesheets, and other relevant documents. The responsibilities concerning financial management were clarified to ensure everyone was on the same page. The day concluded with a discussion on the dissemination plan, outlining strategies for promoting and sharing project outcomes, results, and activities with relevant stakeholders and the wider community.

July 5, Wednesday

The event wrapped up on Wednesday morning, with partner groups preparing for their journey back home. This marked the end of a fruitful and engaging series of days filled with learning, planning, and cultural exchange.
