STEP Institute is a research and training organization that is developing innovative methods for people’s potential. It empowers people for better functioning in the work environment through innovative methods. As such STEP’s interdisciplinary team addresses complex challenges in the work environment, provides evidence-based and practice driven courses and promotes continuous professional development across Europe. STEP’s user-driven approach addresses professional competencies of employees and adult educators that are needed in the job market.
With the interdisciplinary team STEP Institute is capable of building bridges between schools and work organizations resulting in innovative curricula to meet emerging professional needs in highly dynamic work environments. All members have strong academic background and rich practical experience from leading HR departments, working with private and public organizations, collaborating with the educational sector and providing Erasmus+ trainings to European teachers and trainers. Highly diverse range of experience results in a multidisciplinary approach to complex challenges such as unemployment, lack of employability skills, weak business thinking and social exclusion of disadvantaged groups.
With a diverse international network of NGOs, SMEs and teachers STEP Institute is capable of delivering European added value because results of STEP’s projects include practices and perspectives from different cultural and societal parts of Europe.
